Certification
Credentials that prove capability, not attendance
Discerya certification is stackable: every lesson, skill, and pathway you complete builds toward a verified professional credential an employer can check.
The four tiers
One credential ladder — each tier stacks on the one below it.
Completion Certificate
Lessons and quizzes completed. The baseline.
Skill Badge
A specific skill test passed — e.g. Rent Benchmarking, Feasibility Model, Investment Memo.
Pathway Certificate
A full career pathway completed — e.g. Certified Real Estate Consulting Analyst.
Verified Professional Certificate
Issued automatically when you complete a full pathway, including its capstone project. The premium credential — never for watching videos alone.
How stacking works
You never start over — each credential builds on the last.
- 1
Complete lessons
Finish the lessons and quizzes in a module and you earn a Completion Certificate — the baseline record that you did the work.
- 2
Pass a skill test
Pass a specific skill test — rent benchmarking, a feasibility model, an investment memo — and you earn a Skill Badge for that competency.
- 3
Finish a full pathway
Complete an entire role pathway and its skill badges stack into a Pathway Certificate for that professional role.
- 4
Complete a capstone
Complete your pathway's capstone project — a real professional deliverable — and the Verified Professional Certificate is issued automatically, the top of the ladder.
The difference that matters
What makes a Verified Professional credential different
The top tier is never awarded for watching videos alone. A Verified Professional Certificate is issued automatically when you complete a full pathway, including its capstone project — a real deliverable like a market study, a feasibility model, or an investment memo.
Every verified credential carries a check ID an employer can confirm at /certificates/[code]. That makes the claim falsifiable: the credential says a person produced the work, and anyone can verify it.
