Role track
Developer / Development Manager
Test what to build, then run it to delivery.
Required sequence
Do these in orderHighest and Best Use in Practice
Determine the use that is legally permissible, physically possible, financially feasible, and maximally productive.
Financial Feasibility & Financial Modelling
Build and defend a real estate feasibility model from first principles: revenue and cost assumptions, residual land value, the time value of money (NPV, IRR, DCF), financing, and sensitivity. Every quantitative idea is taught with an interactive calculator you can drive yourself.
Development Management
Managing a real estate development from land to delivery: the project lifecycle, the go/no-go feasibility gate, design and approvals, procurement, cost and programme control, construction-phase risk, and handover. This is the delivery complement to the feasibility courses — how a development manager actually orchestrates people, money, consultants, and contractors to turn an appraisal into a built, sold, and operating asset.
Land & Development Sites Studio
A studio applying the toolkit to raw and serviced land and to development sites. You will value and price land, assess a site, run highest-and-best-use analysis for land, and structure land deals — with emerging-market realism across Egypt off-plan land and developer land banks, GCC master-planned land, and African title and tenure risk.
Optional depth
Add these to specialise once the core sequence is done.
Mixed-Use & Master-Planned Studio
Apply the toolkit to mixed-use and master-planned schemes: why uses are mixed, master-planning and phasing, development and governance, and mixed-use feasibility and value.
ESG & Sustainability in Real Estate
What ESG means for real estate value and how to act on it — energy and carbon, certifications, social and governance factors, and building the business case for sustainable and retrofit investment, with Gulf and emerging-market realities.
What you produce
Final project
A development appraisal and execution brief — feasibility model logic, phasing, a risk register, and a go / no-go recommendation.
Passing it stacks toward the Development Feasibility & Management certificate.
Add your market. Pair any track with a Regional Market Structure course (Egypt, KSA, UAE & GCC, Morocco, Africa, MENA, or UK & Europe) so the skills land in the market you actually work in.
